Camping du Vieux Château at Rauzan in the Gironde region, 35 km from Bordeaux and 13 km from St. Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The campgrounds are located in a 2.5-hectare park at the foot of a medieval castle dating from the thirteenth century. The park is home to centuries-old trees, where a multitude of birds have made their nests.Green throughout the year, the park is fed by a stream surrounding the campgrounds. The grounds are located in a typical village with access to the famous Celestine Caverns, unique in the Gironde region, as well as to the department’s largest cooperative wine cellar, numerous spectacles at the castle and all local businesses.Our animal friends are welcome, but on leash only.
